Billing Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Subscription renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and payment terms for Charton.

1. Paid Plans and Subscriptions

Some Charton features may require a paid subscription, credit package, or one-time payment. Pricing, plan limits, included features, and billing intervals are shown before purchase where applicable.

2. Automatic Renewal

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want the plan to continue.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Charton.

4. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, unless required by applicable law or approved by Charton in its discretion. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support as soon as possible with the account email, invoice, and description of the issue.

5. Trials and Credits

Trial credits, promotional credits, or usage credits may be subject to expiration, feature limits, or other restrictions shown at the time they are granted. Credits have no cash value unless required by law.

6. Taxes and Payment Failures

Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or similar charges. You are responsible for applicable taxes. If a payment fails, Charton may retry the payment, limit access to paid features, or suspend the account until the issue is resolved.

7. Plan Changes

Upgrades, downgrades, and plan changes may affect billing immediately or at the next renewal depending on the checkout flow. Any plan change will be governed by the terms shown when the change is made.

8. No Performance-Based Fees

Charton charges technology fees for access to software tools. Fees are not based on trading profits, account performance, assets under management, or investment returns.

9. Related Terms

This Billing Policy supplements the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between checkout terms and this page, the checkout terms shown at purchase control for that transaction.
